About Us
The Teacher Leadership Institute
The Teacher Leadership Institute (TLI) officially launched in 2022, founded by renowned Ghanaian educationist Mr. Brantuo Sekyereh. Since its inception, TLI has been committed to empowering educators through transformative professional development experiences tailored to meet the evolving demands of modern education.
In January 2025, TLI became an accredited CPD Centre under the Organization of Business Professionals, United Kingdom, a significant milestone that affirms our dedication to international standards in education and training.
We proudly collaborate with a network of respected institutions and partners, including:
Blessed Cosmopolitan College – UK
Quartmani Educare Partners
Bloom Counselling
National School Inspectorate Authority – Ghana (NaSIA)
Edu-Lead Leadership Consult
Over the past three years, TLI has trained and equipped hundreds of educators across Ghana and West Africa, both through virtual platforms and in-person workshops. Today, we are recognised as one of the region’s most dynamic and forward-thinking professional development institutes—committed to raising the standard of education leadership, classroom excellence, and school improvement.
Every session with the Teacher Leadership Institute feels like a spark of transformation. The insight, structure, and mentorship I received continue to shape my journey as an educator and leader.
